3) Property Operations and Management
Verification of leases, rent rolls, expense pass-throughs and Common Area Maintenance (CAM)charges, and tenant estoppel certificates. Ongoing property management service to support daily operations.

Assemble and coordinate a team of architects, engineers, and contractors.
3) Entitlements & Approvals
Handle zoning and land use documentation, and assist with permit and approval processes.
4) Construction Management
Oversee contractor selection and manage construction from start to completion.
Our Strength
Our team brings deep experience across all commercial lease types. Department leadership holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, the industry's highly regard professional credential, reflecting strong command of the legal, financial, and operational dimensions of real estate management.
Our management structure includes Portfolio Managers, Property Supervisors, Field Supervisors, Accountants, and Management and Service Coordinators, each playing a defined role in maintaining property performance.
Portfolio Managers and Property Supervisors oversee day-to-day operations and ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Field Supervisors conduct on-site inspections multiple times per week to monitor property condition firsthand. Service schedules are flexible and can be tailored to each owner's preferences.
