The City of Garden Grove has continued to invest in maintaining and enhancing Main Street through ongoing improvements and community-focused initiatives. These efforts support both the preservation of its historic character and its ongoing vitality.

2. Central Cities Navigation Center (CCNC)
Located at 13871 West Street, Garden Grove, CA 92843, the Central Cities Navigation Center(CCNC) is a year-round transitional emergency shelter serving the Central Orange County region.
SilverStone Property Management provides full property management services for this important facility, including 24/7 maintenance, facility operations, vendor coordination, and ongoing support to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff. TheCenter offers low-barrier emergency housing with approximately 85–100 beds, along with comprehensive supportive services.
The City of Garden Grove undertook a complex and multi-agency effort in developing theCCNC. The successful delivery of this facility reflects the coordination, planning, and sustained effort involved in bringing a project of this scale into operation.

3. Purcell Building
Located at 11277 Garden Grove Boulevard, the Purcell Building is a key city-owned office facility supporting a range of municipal functions.
SilverStone Property Management provides full property and facilities management services, including project management, preventive maintenance, tenant coordination, and operational support. The building houses major occupants such as the Garden Grove Housing Authority, the City’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and other City departments.
The City of Garden Grove has developed and maintained the Purcell Building to support essential City operations and public services. SilverStone supports these efforts through consistent, day-to-day management to help ensure the building operates efficiently and reliably.
